Privacy Policy

Phase Tech LLC ("Phase Tech," "we," "us," "our") operates the EZ70B service. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

When you use EZ70B, we collect:

  • Account data — your name, email address, hashed password, and account organization name.
  • Billing data — collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive limited metadata (last 4 digits, brand, expiry) for receipts and account display; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Service data — the asset records, locations, photos, attachments, and work orders you put into the Service. You own this data.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser user agent, device type, and timestamps for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
  • Analytics — page views and event-level usage data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), gated behind a cookie-consent banner for visitors detected in the EU/EEA/UK.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies (auth session, CSRF) at all times. We use GA4 analytics cookies after consent in regions where consent is required, and unconditionally elsewhere. You can opt out of analytics at any time from the in-app settings.

3. Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors to operate the Service:

4. EU/UK consent disclosure

If you access the Service from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we ask for your explicit consent before loading non-essential analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time. Our lawful basis for processing other data is performance of the contract (your subscription) or legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention).

5. Data retention

We retain your account and service data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we retain data for 30 days to allow export, then delete it from production systems. Backup retention is up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your account and associated data.
  • Export your data in machine-readable format.
  • Object to processing for direct marketing (we do not currently engage in direct marketing beyond transactional account email).

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: TLS in transit, encryption at rest in Supabase, access controls and audit logs for our staff, and prompt incident notification.

8. Changes

Material changes to this Policy will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
