Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-05

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets the rules for how the EZ70B service may be used. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violating this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

What you may not do

You agree not to:

  • Scrape or systematically harvest any part of the Service, its data, or its content. Use of the published API (when available, future) is governed by separate API terms.
  • Abuse the API or web endpoints, including denial-of-service attacks, automated content generation that creates load disproportionate to a normal customer workload, or attempting to bypass rate limits.
  • Create fake or fraudulent accounts, impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Conduct security testing (vulnerability scans, fuzzing, penetration testing, exfiltration attempts) against EZ70B without prior written permission. Coordinated disclosure for security researchers is welcome via security@phasetechllc.com.
  • Upload malware, illegal content, or content you do not have rights to.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without a partner agreement in place.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except where this restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
  • Use the Service to violate any law or regulation, including electrical, building, or workplace-safety codes.

Reporting abuse

To report misuse, security issues, or suspected violations, email security@phasetechllc.com.

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy. We will attempt to give notice and an opportunity to cure where the violation is non-emergency.
